REFUND POLICY


You can return an item if it’s faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn’t match the description and get a refund, repair or replacement as long as the item is sealed and returned to us.


You have the same rights regardless of whether you paid full price or bought the item on sale.


You will need to show ‘proof of purchase’. This is usually your receipt, but if you don’t have the receipt then you may be able to show proof using the order number, warranty card or a credit card statement.


Describe the problem and how you would like us to fix it.We are happy to issue a refund,credit or exchange.

1.Choose your items by placing them in your cart.
2.Finalise your items by clicking the cart icon on the top right hand side of the page.
3.Choose your payment options,enter your details and ensure your name,address,phone number and email are correct.
4.Once payment has cleared an invoice will be sent to your email confirming your payment.
5.All items are sent out within 2 days.
6.All items are tracked.For tracking details please email us.
Within Australia please allow 7-9 working days.
International please allow 21 working days.
7.All items are sent well protected to ensure a safe delivery.
